The centre distance between the two connections is the main selection value: it must match the distance between the holes in the tank. Versions with an integrated thermometer show the oil temperature in the same place, without a separate instrument.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eColumn indicators usually have a plastic riser tube and are made for unpressurised tanks, so check the pressure and temperature rating against the application.
